In the heart of the countryside stood a forgotten gem, known as “The Manor House”. Abandoned and run down, a glimmer of hope arose when Caledonian All Trades took on the task of breathing new life into this historic farmhouse.

The journey began with meticulous planning and a vision to honour the heritage of The Manor House while infusing it with modern comforts. The team embarked on a comprehensive renovation, addressing every aspect from roof to garden.

First and foremost, the structural integrity of the house was restored with a renewed roof and masonry work, ensuring longevity for generations to come. The driveway, once overgrown and unkempt, was transformed into a grand entrance, welcoming visitors with its stunning brickwork.

The garden, once a wild tangle, became a serenity with carefully curated landscaping. Stone walls and fencing were erected to delineate boundaries and provide privacy, while also enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the property.

A new garage was added, offering both functionality and charm. Inside the house, every room was touched by three skilled hands of Caledonian All Trades. Tiling adorned the floors, bathrooms were rejuvenated to spa-like sanctuaries, and kitchens were transformed into culinary havens.

Bedrooms were given new life, with attention to detail in every corner, ensuring comfort and tranquility for residents. The fusion of old-world charm and contemporary design elements created a harmonious ambiance throughout the Manor House.

As the project neared completion, the once-forgotten farmhouse stood proud and resplendent, reborn as a testament to the craftsmanship and dedication of Caledonian All Trades. The Manor House now stands as a beacon of beauty and elegance, ready to embrace a new chapter in its storied history
